To provide the Service, Helium Agency Inc. (“Gensy”) relies on the following providers. Communications outside Québec are covered by a privacy impact assessment (Law 25, s. 17) and governed as described in the Privacy Policy (§5). This list is updated whenever a provider changes; clients can subscribe to change notifications by writing to vincent@gensy.email.

Special case: if the Client uses the MCP connector (gensy-mcp) with an AI assistant (for example Claude Desktop), the data accessed through this connector transits through the model provider chosen by the Client, under the Client’s responsibility.
